Sven Lochau is responsible for the strategic realignment of ALMEX – from a traditional product provider to a holistic innovation partner. With over 30 years of engineering know-how and a keen sense for technical excellence, he drives the transformation to “Build to Run”. Under his leadership, new business areas are being developed without losing the proven customer orientation and family-like corporate culture.

Bernd Voigt represents ALMEX Manufacturing and ALMEX Services. With 29 years of company experience, he possesses comprehensive expertise in industrialization, series production, and lifecycle management. In his many years of operational responsibility, he has overseen complex projects from the prototype phase to series production. Today, he brings this experience to collaborations with customers and partners as a competent contact person for manufacturing and service topics.

Boris Marten brings pioneering spirit and international project experience to the Management Board. He is responsible for expanding new business areas such as Robotics and tapping into international markets. With his expertise in complex large-scale projects (e.g., UK rollout with 80% market share) and close integration with the global TriStar Group, he positions ALMEX as an agile, global partner for innovation.
