Initial Interview

After reviewing your documents, we will invite you to an initial meeting – in person in Hanover or via video call. We will talk about your experience, motivation, and the position.

Technical Interview & Team Introduction

In the second appointment, you will get to know your future team. We will discuss technical details, projects, and daily work life. You will get a real insight into ALMEX.

Contract Offer

If both sides are convinced, you will receive a contract offer promptly. We will discuss all details – from salary and start date to individual requests.

Onboarding

A structured onboarding awaits you on your first day. We will introduce you to the team, set up your workstation, and guide you step-by-step into your tasks.
