Detailed information
Your tasks:
In the Product Compliance team, you act as a central interface between hardware, software, and IT departments, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
You conduct cybersecurity-related assessments of products and carefully document them to ensure regulatory requirements are verifiable at all times.
Together with software development, you clarify which technical information, such as architecture, interfaces, or security mechanisms, is required for RED and cybersecurity requirements.
You prepare the collected information from hardware, software, and IT areas in a structured manner so that it can be used directly in compliance processes.
You independently develop reusable documentation templates, formulations, and process modules to simplify workflows.
You derive regulatory requirements and transfer them to our development processes so that security aspects are considered from the outset.
The creation of technical documentation on cybersecurity requirements as part of CE marking is also among your responsibilities.
Optional: With appropriate technical experience, you will support the establishment and execution of tests, such as penetration tests, in the future.
Your profile:
You are enrolled at a university, ideally in the fields of cybersecurity, IT security/ information security, computer science/technical computer science, electrical engineering/ embedded systems, or a comparable technical degree program with a security focus.
A basic technical understanding enables you to properly classify information from hardware, software, and IT areas and recognize connections.
Basic knowledge of embedded and PC-based systems as well as basic knowledge of software architecture and secure communication will help you understand and implement technical requirements.
A solid understanding of central cybersecurity concepts coupled with an interest in regulatory requirements characterizes your professional profile.
You can clearly prepare complex technical and organizational information and communicate it effectively.
Self-organization, an independent way of working, and strong communication skills enable you to specifically obtain information from various teams.
A structured and analytical way of thinking, as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, complete your profile.
If you believe you don’t 100% match our job description, give us a chance to get to know you. We are looking for employees who fit with us. Your personality is more important to us than rigid requirement profiles.
Perspective:
The role is designed for a long-term collaboration from the outset. If it’s a good fit for both sides, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) and thus further expand your knowledge in cybersecurity in a more targeted way.
What we offer:
- High degree of self-organization
- Fixed-term employment contract
