Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You carry out repairs and maintenance work at module and component level (PCs, displays, printers, etc.) on our RTA2 ticket vending machine – your area of responsibility may be expanded by taking on additional product groups, such as mobile ticket printers or handhelds.

Analysing and diagnosing faults as well as systematically identifying root causes of technical issues and malfunctions is standard practice for you.

With your technical know-how, you support assembly and production.

You support your colleagues and external partners with technical assistance.

You ensure efficient troubleshooting and practical problem solving.

Your profile:

You have completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electrical engineering technician, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification.

Ideally, you have a good command of English.

You are mobile and have a valid driving licence.
