Product Compliance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You will take responsibility for product compliance across the entire hardware lifecycle in the sense of compliance by design.
You will evaluate regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., EMC, LVD, RED incl. cybersecurity) and implement them specifically in development and product processes.
Working closely with hardware, software, and IT teams, you will derive technical compliance requirements, clarify open points, and ensure their tracking.
The planning, coordination, and support of hardware, EMC, and cybersecurity tests with internal and external testing laboratories is within your area of responsibility.
You will ensure the traceability and documentation of requirements, tests, and results until product release.
You will create, maintain, and continuously develop the technical compliance documentation within the framework of CE marking.
You will actively participate in risk and root cause analyses and support the continuous improvement of development processes.
Your profile:
A completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical subject forms your professional foundation.
Ideally, you already have experience in the field of product compliance, CE marking, or certification and are confident in documentation and processes.
Practical experience in hardware verification, test planning, and test definition distinguishes you, preferably supplemented by laboratory or EMC experience.
You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level); you also use the English language confidently in a professional context.
You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner, communicate confidently across team boundaries, and value professional exchange within the team.
