For our growing Public Transport (PT) area, we are looking for an internationally experienced person to start as soon as possible

Sales Manager Public Transport (M / F / D)

with a comprehensive background in managing complex sales projects in public transport, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for generating orders for ALMEX Public Transport new and existing customers, nationally and internationally. This includes the expansion and maintenance of our customer base.
• Tender management
• Order generation with new system solutions
• Cross-departmental coordination of delivery dates and delivery contents, in the context of complex tenders
• Sales planning in relation to customers and market segments as part of a rolling forecast system

Your profile:

• Engineer with commercial experience or technically experienced businessman in our Public Transport division
• Several years of professional experience, if possible international, in the sales of complex technical IT projects
• Ideally, there is a personal network with companies in the bus and train environment
• Experience in managing offers based on public tenders
• High willingness to travel
• Proficient in German and English; very good knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
