HR Administrator PLUS (m / f / d)

Would you like to develop your area of responsibility, digitization and agile work corresponds to your ideas?

Your tasks:

  • Independent payroll accounting in cooperation with an external service provider
  • Communication with the tax office, social security agencies and authorities
  • Provision of information for company and social security audits
  • Maintenance of personnel files and management of personnel master data and wage accounts
  • Supervision of time recording in SAP
  • Contact person for managers and employees in the above-mentioned matters
  • Takeover of all administrative personnel tasks from entry to exit
  • Preparation of contracts, agreements and certificates
  • Participation in the introduction of the digital personnel file
  • Design and participation in personnel projects

Your profile

  • Completed training in the field of payroll accounting or as a Tax Clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial degree with further training as a Personnel Clerk (m/f/d), Specialist (m/f/d) for wages and salaries or similar
  • Work experience in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • We require good MS Office knowledge, SAP user knowledge is desirable
  • Detailed, timely and quality-conscious work as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility
  • Kindness and empathy
