HR Administrator PLUS (m / f / d)
Would you like to develop your area of responsibility, digitization and agile work corresponds to your ideas?
Your tasks:
- Independent payroll accounting in cooperation with an external service provider
- Communication with the tax office, social security agencies and authorities
- Provision of information for company and social security audits
- Maintenance of personnel files and management of personnel master data and wage accounts
- Supervision of time recording in SAP
- Contact person for managers and employees in the above-mentioned matters
- Takeover of all administrative personnel tasks from entry to exit
- Preparation of contracts, agreements and certificates
- Participation in the introduction of the digital personnel file
- Design and participation in personnel projects
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of payroll accounting or as a Tax Clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial degree with further training as a Personnel Clerk (m/f/d), Specialist (m/f/d) for wages and salaries or similar
- Work experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- We require good MS Office knowledge, SAP user knowledge is desirable
- Detailed, timely and quality-conscious work as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility
